Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Aerovionix LLC website at www.aerovionix.com and the communications we exchange with you by email, text message and messaging apps. The work we do on your aircraft is governed by the quote, work order or agreement for that work; these terms do not change it.
1. This website
The website is for general information about Aerovionix and the services we offer. We try to keep it accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and nothing on it is a quotation, an offer, or technical advice about a particular aircraft. Product names and details published by manufacturers are theirs and may change without notice. Trademarks belong to their owners.
2. Communications and consent
When you give us your email address or phone number in connection with work on your aircraft, you agree that we may use it to communicate with you about that aircraft: to answer your questions, update you on work in progress, send you records and paperwork, and remind you when maintenance is coming due. You can withdraw that consent at any time as described below. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
3. Text message (SMS) program terms
Program name and description
Aerovionix Aircraft Maintenance Messages. Text messages from Aerovionix LLC about aircraft we maintain for you: replies to your questions, appointment and work-in-progress updates, and maintenance-due reminders such as an annual inspection, a transponder or altimeter/static-system test, or an oil change. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
- By providing your mobile number on a work order, intake form or estimate and indicating that you agree to receive text messages from Aerovionix, or
- by texting us first from your mobile phone at the number we give you, or
- by choosing text-message updates in our customer portal, where offered.
The first message you receive will confirm your enrollment and repeat how to get help and how to opt out.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with the work on your aircraft. Reminders are typically one or two per aircraft per year for each maintenance item; replies and work updates depend on your correspondence with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges for text messages are your responsibility. Aerovionix does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further text messages will be sent to that number unless you opt in again. Opting out does not affect the services we provide.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available on major United States carriers; availability on a particular carrier is not guaranteed.
Privacy
How we handle your number and your messages is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Email communications
Email from us about your aircraft comes from addresses on planes.aerovionix.com or aerovionix.com. Every reminder email carries an unsubscribe link, and replying with "unsubscribe" works too. Replies to your own messages continue for as long as you write to us.
5. Records you send us
Documents, photographs and messages you send us about your aircraft may be kept as part of that aircraft's maintenance record, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please send only material you are entitled to share.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerovionix LLC is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or from the delay, non-delivery or content of any message sent under these terms. A reminder is a courtesy: keeping an aircraft's inspections and maintenance current remains the responsibility of its owner and operator under applicable regulations.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes to the text-message program terms take effect for messages sent after the change.
